    糖醋排骨

    排骨事先让卖肉的师傅切成窄块。用热水过一下。锅里放油,等热了以后放白糖,白糖化成稀状时放排骨翻炒,尽量都沾上糖,呈金黄色。放盐,酱油,糖,一点醋,姜和葱,加热水,炖40分钟。大火收汤,同时放很多醋。出锅后撒上香葱粒。
