    芦笋香菇鸭汤

    把鸭子切成块儿,放开水里煮,放料酒,姜片和很多葱段。浮末不断去除。开着盖小火煮,保持水面微沸。

    一小时后把鸭肉取肉,剔骨,肉切成条状。另取一锅,放入过滤的鸭汤,鸭肉,香菇丝,芦笋段,一点盐和料酒。烧一会儿就可以了。盛入放了紫菜的碗里。

    补而不上火。
